Domestic Violence Recovery

This multi-disciplinary Domestic Violence Recovery Program includes six phases which help to break the trauma bond between a victim and perpetrator; and provide psycho-education regarding personal empowerment, boundaries, safe people and identifying myths. You will work toward discovering your authentic identity. Other options for employment and job skills will be presented.

Female survivors of abuse can find healing among a community of sisters in a safe and trusting environment. You may have experienced manipulation and violence in many forms — physical, verbal, emotional, financial, psychological and sexual. These abuses are defined more completely here. Please join our community of women ages 18+ to increase self-esteem, lower depression and anxiety, and find hope.

The first step toward participation in this 2-year intensive outpatient program is a full psychological intake and substance use assessment. This plan includes weekly: an educational stabilization group, an emotional healing group, individual therapy, a peer support group, vocational training, case management, a medications management referral will be made if needed, and a substance treatment referral will be made if needed. Each year includes 6 weeks of holiday breaks in all.

A free 30-minute pre-screening phone interview will be conducted at to make sure the group is a good fit for each member.

Cost: $250 per week. Substance treatment or medication management are in addition to this cost.
