Intensives: EMDR and General Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy Intensives

FHC offers 6 consecutive sessions in one-day of general psychotherapy. The schedule would include 15 minute breaks in between 60 minute sessions and a lunch hour. The day would begin at 8 am and end at 4 pm. The cost is $1,120 per day. The first Saturday of the month has been reserved for intensive individual psychotherapy. Please contact me  through the “contact” link above if you would like to reserve an entire day for your work.

EMDR Intensives

If you are interested in receiving an EMDR intensive session, here is what to expect:

  1. A pre-intensive interview
  2. Required Documents:
  • Intake Forms
  • Approval from PCP that client is mentally and physically appropriate for intensive
  • Emergency Contact
  1. Intensive Day:
  • One hour of psycho-education and resourcing to begin
  • 15-minute break
  • 90 minutes of EMDR therapy phases 1-8
  • 15-minute guided meditation
  • 1 hour of self-guided individualized exercise (walk, run, or yoga)
  • Lunch
  • 90 minutes of EMDR therapy phases 1-8
  • 15-minute guided meditation
  • 15-minute break
  • 1 hour of self-guided individualized exercise or meditation (walk, run, or yoga)
  • 1 hour of debriefing and psycho-education
  1. A post-session interview
  2. Sessions can be reserved for one or two day sessions.

Cost:

1-day session: $1,100

2-day session: $2,200
