Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing

Research findings indicates that EMDR intensive treatment produces a significant and effective decrease in symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Please contact me using the link above if you are interested in scheduling an intensive. The first Saturday of the month has been reserved for one day sessions. Sessions can be reserved for one or two day sessions.

Here is what to expect:

  1. A pre-session interview
  2. Required Documents:
  • Intake documents
  • Approval from PCP that client is mentally and physically appropriate for intensive
  • Emergency Contact
  1. Intensive Day:
  • One hour of psycho-education and resourcing to begin
  • 15-minute break
  • 90 minutes of EMDR therapy phases 1-8
  • 15-minute guided meditation
  • 1 hour of self-guided individualized exercise (walk, run, or yoga)
  • Lunch
  • 90 minutes of EMDR therapy phases 1-8
  • 15-minute guided meditation
  • 15-minute break
  • 1 hour of self-guided individualized exercise or meditation (walk, run, or yoga)
  • 1 hour of debriefing and psycho-education
  1. A post-session interview


1-day session: $1,100

2-day session: $2,200
